The Team Building event organized for the students of IMD Business School in Lausanne was an unforgettable experience, held over a weekend with boarding at the picturesque Porto Mirabello in La Spezia. Fifty-four young managers, from thirty-nine different nationalities, had the opportunity to engage in tacking, gybing, and mini-regattas on elegant sailboats, guided by the expert skippers of Team BeBlue.

For two days, the participants had the opportunity to test themselves in a completely new context, where teamwork was essential to successfully navigate the sailboats. This setting offered them not only a professional challenge but also a chance to relax and have fun in the magical setting of Liguria.

Sunset aperitifs and seafood dinners in the enchanting settings of Lerici and Porto Venere were unforgettable moments, as were the relaxing swims in the shadow of Vernazza between sails.
