SPAIN BETWEEN CHARM AND ANCIENT TRADITION View MoreLess

Spain, crossroad of history

Spain praises an important natural heritage, united with the cultural one made by museum, churches and historical cathedrals. During the past, it was the motherland of well-known writers and artists. In the Hispanic culture we find the real essence, made of crossing between different cultures that populated this land during the centuries. The Romans and the Arabic were the most in fluent dominions, about the Spanish culture.

Spain is the region that preserves also now all the ancient traditions, always surrounded by mystery and magic: for example discover Balearic islands from Palma de Maiorca on board a luxury catamaran.

In some of the little Spanish villages, in particular along the coastline or in the hinterland around the countryside, time seems to be stop in an ancient era: life pass slowly, inhabitants still wear the traditional costumes, agriculture, fishing and livestock farming are the main sustenance for the population because economy is not so developed.

Spain depicts an ideal destination also for the ones who want to spend some time far from the chaotic everyday life and the traditions preserved by the local population. For the ones who want to spend the true Spanish spirit, it is suggested to take part of one of the religious events that are organized along the peninsula: Carnival, Easter and folklorist processions.
