| SNORKELING & DHONI |
As an alternative to scuba diving, guided or assisted snorkeling is available, 2 or 3 times per day with guide and/or assistance (generally coinciding with diving). In the Maldives, yachts are followed by dhoni (local boat of about 18 mt.) which is used for diving and all marine activities. The proposed yachts have a Diving Dhoni with generator and electric compressors and offer diving with Nitrox. A tender/dinghy is also available for short trips. |

The cruise program is organized according to the weather, monsoons, currents, as well as water visibility in order to maximize the chances of underwater encounters at all dive and snorkel sites. Groups have the option to request a specific itinerary at the time of booking, or even to make changes to the route during the trip, in agreement with the Captain and the Manager of the boat.
Day 1: Check-in
Boarding is available from the wonderful island of Hulhumalè which represents the privileged gateway for our cruise to discover the enchanting archipelagos of the Maldives. Lunch will be served on board, after which we will cast off to head towards Eyboodhoo Lagoon, in the southern atoll of Mahé: here you can snorkel and swim with manta rays among colorful corals and crystal clear waters before dinner and spending the night on board.
Day 2
After breakfast, we will raise the anchor and sail to a true paradise on earth: Sand Bank, a magnificent bank of fine white sand: you will have plenty of time to explore the glass-clear waters and relax on the white beach. While you will have lunch on the move, the crew will take you beyond the South Channel of the Ari Atoll to drop anchor near Bodukashihura, an uninhabited island surrounded by coral reefs with magnificent tropical fish. We will stop for the night at this location so as to give you time to snorkel, kayak and swim before dinner.
Day 3
From Bodukashihura, after breakfast, we set sail to reach Meerufenfushi, one of the most beautiful islands in the Maldives, a jewel enclosed in a small lagoon surrounded by a small and natural strip of sand: you can enjoy a bit of relaxation in the shade of tall palm trees. During lunch we will head towards Dhigghiri, a private island where you can walk and collect shells on the beach and admire the elegant sea birds that populate it. You can spend the afternoon swimming in the crystal clear waters and use the kayaks while waiting for the buffet dinner that we will consume on the beach under the stars.
Day 4
After a morning dive, we set sail for a short sail towards the Alikoi Rah sandbank, a true paradise surrounded by pristine coral reefs where, thanks to the presence of numerous schools of fish, you can enjoy snorkeling and seawatching. During lunch, we will sail for two hours to drop anchor in the waters of the private island of Raiy Dhiggaa where you can swim and snorkel, walk around its perimeter, walking on its white sand beach, and relax in the shade of the palm trees that reach the sea.
Day 5
We lift the anchor calmly to sail towards a small island of very white sand near Ranveli: we will stop for a dip to discover a beautiful coral reef populated by a myriad of colorful fish and for those who want there will be the possibility of diving. In the afternoon, after a short navigation, we will arrive at the island of Dhaghetti that will welcome you with its picturesque little restaurants on the beach and small shops of local crafts. Overnight stay on board.
Day 6
Morning to dedicate to a relaxing navigation that will take us to the southern part of the Male Atoll where we will moor near a sandy bank where, with a bit of luck, you will be able to admire the manta rays that populate this area and swim with them while you snorkel or relax on the white beach. After a short navigation we will arrive in the enchanted village of Guraidhoo with its typical souvenir shops. Dinner at anchor at anchor under the magical starry Maldivian sky.
Day 7
We set sail at dawn heading south, lunch while sailing and relax on board to reach the island of Maadhoo Finolhu where you can relax on the beach and swim with the manta rays before having a buffet lunch on the beach. In the afternoon we will return to the island of Hulhumale after we will have dinner and spend the last night.
Day 8: Check-out
Check-out is scheduled in the morning by 08:00.

Boat models, technical specifications and optional may be subject to change. BeBlue reserves the right to make free upgrades to higher classes when necessity arises and to replace the boat presented in the catalog, or out of the catalog, with another of similar class and quality. All boats are selected with care and experience.
This cruise includes 3 dives per day for a total of 17 per week. The dives will be carried out with free Nitrox only for certified divers. In case of problems caused by a compressor failure, the dives will still be guaranteed with air. No refunds will be made. The diving and snorkeling part is managed by ATD Diving Center Pvt Ltd; the contract for the dives, even if included in the sales package, will be stipulated on board.
The dives include 11 or 14 lt tank, weights, guide and mandatory dive computer. Rental of 15 lt tank on request and for a fee ($100 per week). Extra dives $40 + taxes to be paid on site. Minimum certification required: Open Water (not Junior, which instead requires a PRIVATE guide for a fee).
Mandatory DAN Diving Insurance (or equivalent): in the absence of personal insurance, it is possible to take out temporary DAN only for divers under 75 years of age (over 75 a medical certificate for diving is required) at the cost of: $25 for 1 week or $35 for 2 weeks - to be paid on site. Assistance with REBREATHER dives - with a supplement and only upon request at the time of booking. Please note that to ensure safe diving, it is essential to carefully evaluate your actual level of ability.
Furthermore, during the performance of any activity at sea, ATD does not assume responsibility for any accidents/inconveniences due to physical limitations and/or lack of adequate general efficiency. In the event that the demonstrated skills do not meet the minimum necessary requirements, the accompaniment of a private guide will be required, which will be subject to payment.
Participation is at the discretion of the customer, who is invited to declare his/her conditions before taking part in the activities.
