Questions & Answers
Which catamaran will be boarding? Can we choose our cabin?
In the ‘catamarans’ section, you can find photos and technical specifications of the catamarans used on this route. Please note that a particular model cannot be guaranteed, but catamarans of the same standard and comfort will be provided depending on availability. You can choose between standard and superior cabins, but we cannot guarantee a specific cabin (you can express your preference when booking), as the final decision rests with the skipper on board.
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome on board from the age of 6, occupying a seat on board in the same way as an adult.
Can I travel alone?
It is possible to travel alone, but on this cruise it is not possible to share a cabin with a stranger, so it is necessary to book a double cabin for single use with a surcharge that usually varies from 70-100% of the list price; please contact us for a dedicated quote.
How is the kitchen on board managed? Is it possible to have a dedicated menu?
The service on board is full board and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner (usually two or three courses). Since local and seasonal products are used on board and the menu changes depending on the time of year, it is not possible to have a standard menu. To have a dedicated menu in case of special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, no meat, no fish, gluten-free, diabetic, etc.), it is necessary to request a quote at the time of booking. Any allergies, intolerances, or other requirements must be communicated before booking.
What additional expenses will I incur, and how will they be handled?
The price includes everything, and the only extra costs are for soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, which can be purchased directly at the on-board bar.
How can I recharge my cell phone and other devices?
On board, you can recharge your devices using the 12 V sockets, similar to those used in cars (USB). On this catamaran, you can also use 220 V sockets, like those at home, as there is an electric generator.
Is there Wi-Fi?
No, this catamaran does not have Wi-Fi, we recommend activating an e-SIM card (if outside the EU without free roaming) to always have data connection on your cell phone.
Is there air conditioning?
The cabins are equipped with air conditioning between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. every day. At night, it is turned off to avoid noise disturbance. However, the cabins remain cool and there are fans in the cabins.
Who will do the cleaning? Will sheets and towels be provided?
The common areas are cleaned by the crew during the charter, but not the cabins and private bathrooms. Bed linen and bath towels will be provided on board, but we recommend bringing a personal beach towel.
Can I smoke on board?
Smoking is permitted at the stern, or where indicated by the crew, but always with respect for other guests.
