Kvarner Islands from Punat - ID 327 View More
This is an example itinerary suggested by the BeBlue skippers who are experts in the navigation area. The route can be planned on the needs of the group before departure or during navigation.
Day 1: Check-in
Check-in will be available in the late afternoon at the Punat Marina. After check-in and a brief presentation of the boat, once on board, you can already enjoy a first dip in the beautiful Croatian sea, so you can start to savour life on board and enjoy a wonderful evening.
Day 2
After breakfast we continue to Rab, the happy island, a true natural paradise away from the noise and stress and also a charming medieval town, reminiscent of a Venetian village. After deciding where to moor you can start visiting. Every place here deserves to be seen, from the village to the beaches to the nature reserves. In addition to offering caves and other stunning seascapes, Rab also offers the opportunity for unforgettable diving.
Day 3
We weigh anchor and sail to the island of Olib, located in the north of Dalmatia. It is an islet completely surrounded by green trees and rich in ancient monuments in its interior. It is ideal for tourists who like to be in contact with nature and broaden their historical and cultural knowledge; in fact, the historical centre offers many interesting attractions in terms of artistic and cultural heritage; if, on the other hand, you want to be quiet and enjoy a relaxing day, you can relax on its beautiful beaches or take a swim in its crystal-clear waters.
Day 4
Next stop is the island of Sakarun, unusual for its very elongated shape and the numerous trees that provide shelter from the sun and heat in summer. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world can be found on this island, in fact they are called 'The Caribbean of the Adriatic', thanks to the Caribbean atmosphere achieved by the clear sea and the large pine forest. Its beaches are also suitable for children because for a long stretch the waters are very shallow.
Day 5
The penultimate stop on our trip is the island of Silba, which is characterised by a quiet, peaceful and somewhat wild climate due to the fact that the island is totally surrounded by greenery and there is only one village. The centre offers very old historical monuments that are ideal for culture enthusiasts; its beaches, on the other hand, are a true paradise on earth immersed in tranquillity, the ideal place to relax and have a cool drink in contact with nature.
Day 6
The last stop on our trip is the island of Cres, its main characteristic being its length, in fact it is one of the longest islands in Croatia. Its main attraction is its old town, a very romantic and refined centre with its restaurants overlooking the harbour where you can try typical dishes revisited in a modern key; or you can cool off in its crystal-clear waters and swim with the various fish in those waters.
Day 7
Before returning to Punat, we sail past Lošinj (also known as Losinj). A twin island of Cres, it is undoubtedly the most populated and touristy island in the Kvarner Bay, but despite this it has retained its charm. Along its indented coastline, you can stop at one of the many small bays and coves surrounded by pine forests and lapped by crystal-clear sea. The island is also famous for its wonderful lush vegetation full of exotic plants such as lemons, bananas, eucalyptus and medicinal herbs.
Day 8: Check-out
Disembarkation will begin around 9:00 a.m. at the Punat departure marina.
The itinerary may be subject to variations based on weather conditions, safety conditions and the technical assessments of the captain of the boat. This program is intended as indicative and not binding.
The numerous islands in the Kvarner archipelago are rich in history and culture, but also in tranquillity and relaxation. The natural parks on almost all the islands are a must-see attraction for nature lovers, where you can come into contact with the flora and fauna present; its beaches are ideal for those who love relaxation, especially the one on Sakarun, a true paradise on earth; or if you are a lover of culture, you should definitely visit the centres of Olib and Cres.
