British Virgin Island: the paradise of sailors

A great classic for your holidays on a catamaran or sailboat in the Caribbean: more than sixty islands composing the archipelago of the British Virgin Islands, surrounded by majestic and uncontaminated coral reefs into a clear blue sea.

A true paradise for the ones who practice snorkelling and water sports, where you can enjoy unforgettable views, white beaches, jagged peaks and granitic rocks, in a Caribbean Sea as you've never seen it, a perfect location to visit in a sailing cruise!

Crystal clear waters, beautiful backdrops, lush vegetation, expanses of sand are the main features of this paradise once appreciated by the pirates of Barbanera.

The largest islands are Tortola, Anegada and Virgin Gorda, with the most beautiful beaches: "the Baths" and "Jost Van Dyke". This archipelago is also called "the land that time has forgotten", as a paradise still unspoiled and rich in natural beauty. The BVI are an ideal destination for those seeking total relax both at sea and on a beautiful tropical beach.

The ecosystem of these Caribbean islands is protected with 20 natural parks, 19 parks on land extending between the remains of the ancient rainforest, inhabited by migratory birds and genuine ornithological rarities, and one marine park to discover on a catamaran: the wreck of the Rhone, a steamer of the English Crown that, due to a hurricane, broke in two pieces in the waters of Salt Island and sank in 1867. Diving enthusiasts can visit this vessel that, at a depth of 25 meters and after 117 years, is almost intact.
