What licences do I need to charter the boat Oceanis 51.1 | ELI?

A boating licence and personal VHF radio certificate are mandatory.We recommend you to check with a BeBlue operator that your license is accepted for this vessel and this country.

Does the price include the skipper?

The skipper is not included in the boat price. It will be possible to add the skipper during the confirmation procedure: the cost is usually between €180 and €250 per day plus food; the skipper requires a dedicated cabin. After checking with a BeBlue operator, it will be possible to request that the skipper sleeps in the dinette (central lounge).

What is the Charter Pack?

It is a compulsory, flat-rate extra that usually includes final cleaning plus other services provided by the base.

What are the additional costs?

The additional costs consist of the mandatory and optional extras. Out-of-pocket expenses and consumption will also be incurred during navigation. (e.g. estimated food galley 20€ per person per day, diesel fuel per week 150-300€, ports and buoys, nature parks, etc.).

What kind of documents will I receive from BeBlue after booking?

The booking will be confirmed online by entering the lease holder's details and the actual contract will be issued. You will receive a boarding pass 7 days before the departure with pre-boarding instructions and details.

How does reservation and cancellation work?

In order to confirm the boat Oceanis 51.1 | ELI, 50% of the boat price must be paid and 35 days before departure the balance must be paid. Any optional and mandatory extras must be paid on site (unless otherwise requested). The amount paid is non-refundable, but we recommend taking out a dedicated cancellation insurance policy.
