"Very bad customer service. Three days before boarding, and without prior notice, the client is notified that they do not accept payment of the deposit by credit card and that it must be done through a bank transfer. Once at destination, the boat was not seaworthy with multiple failures and an evident lack of maintenance. Given the impossibility of sailing in these conditions, the client is offered the option of boarding another boat, but requiring an additional payment for this."
